By accessing or using Plumbob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Description of Service
Plumbob is a software-as-a-service platform designed for frontline service businesses. The platform provides tools for work order management, invoicing, scheduling, customer relationship management, expense tracking, and team coordination.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plumbob and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
